One night when Dol and I were talking on the phone, she wished aloud that she had a magic hat that could teleport her to me. Wishing the same thing and sensing an artistic possibility, I asked her what the hat looked like, and she described it as similar to Mickey Mouse’s hat from The Sorcerer’s Apprentice.
